When do Rust servers wipe?
The whole game wipes at the force wipe on the first Thursday of each month. Between those, each server follows its own rhythm. The heatmap shows the days and hours servers actually chose over recent weeks, with Thursday the busiest day in the current data.
What is the difference between a map wipe and a blueprint wipe?
A map wipe clears the world: bases, loot and all placed items go. A blueprint wipe also clears what you have learned to craft. Most servers map-wipe on their own schedule but hold blueprint wipes for the force wipe or skip them entirely. The server page shows which kind each server runs.
What time of day do servers wipe?
Owners choose a time that suits their region, usually an evening so players are around for the fresh start. The heatmap groups wipes by hour in UTC. UK time is UTC in winter and one hour ahead in summer; US Eastern is five hours behind UTC in winter and four in summer.
